You are an experienced account manager and a customer-oriented individual who is willing to join a fast-paced remote-first team. If you embrace entrepreneurial thinking and you're characterised by a high level of ownership, let's get in touch!This is a full-time remote role and it can be performed from anywhere (availability during European business hours is required).


  • Relationship building with key personnel at clients
  • Serving as an escalation point (i.e. in case of SLA breakers)
  • Understanding needs and translating them into action items / business roadmaps
  • Owning adoption, renewals, and expansion in SMB and Enterprise accounts across every industry
  • Managing revenue (renewal, upsell and expansion) targets and expense targets
  • Managing clients' contracts
  • Developing measurable and repeatable best practices and strategies resulting in product adoption, value, and expansion
  • Coordinating Client requests closely with Solution Consulting, Support and Engineering
  • Partnering cross-functionally to design and implement processes and drive efficiency gains with Marketing and Sales and Product
  • Setting up and shaping clients' learning journey
  • Setting best practices in platform usage and utilisation.


  • You have at least 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Management / Business Development or Account Management preferably in SaaS startups or a similar high-growth environment
  • You have additional experience in Financial Services, Debt Collection, Sales, AWS, Hubspot, Helpsout, Jira, Confluence, IT Organisations, Enterprise Organisations, ITIL V3 or V4
  • You're customer-oriented, results-oriented, and goal-oriented
  • You possess excellent communication skills and you're assertive
  • You have successfully completed studies in economics, sciences, technology, business, commerce or a related field
  • You have excellent English-language skills.
