YOUR MISSION
We are looking to hire a Finance Assistant (f/m/d) supporting receeve with all financial matters part-time (20-25h/week). You’ll work closely with the Founders and Finance Manager.This is a remote role and can be performed anywhere in Germany.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owning the preliminary posting of invoices including pre-accounting of incoming invoices
- Being responsible for receeve’s travel expenses and Z4 reports
- Being in charge of our invoicing and dunning process
- Working together with our Finance Manager on the generation of ad-hoc reports, annual financial statements and auditing
- Cooperating with our Finance Manager in establishing processes and procedures
- Supporting (payroll) accounting activities (e.g. creation of payment orders).
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently working in a small to medium organisation or venture-funded startup
- Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- You are passionate about supporting and working with people and are known for your organisational skills
- You perceive challenges as opportunities to apply your creative problem-solving
- You demonstrate a can-do attitude and you are resourceful in find the right answers
- You have very good working German and English language proficiency
- You have an analytical mind and you are detail-oriented
- Experience in GSuite, Personio, Datev, Confluence and Asana are a plus.
